Congratulations!
You have taken the important
step toward freedom from debt. To develop a fuller picture of your
situation, as well as some of your challenges and options, we are
going to be asking you a lot of questions. When you are done you
will still have the opportunity to request counseling by phone or
in person. Your counseling session will take place in three main
parts.
Disclosures and Statements
of Service
We want you to know something
that many other such organizations don't tell you - what you are
going to get involved in and what you can expect. We want to give
you the best and most informed service.
Some Personal Information
This will allow us to better
understand your circumstances and address special needs. This section
will also include your budget.
Your Debts
This listing of your debts will
allow us to see what we can do to help you to manage your situation.
Collect all the necessary information
before starting.
